The star is polished gold and the tabs above and below the star are in nickel finish. I then added a branch service charm to show exactly what branch the wearer was in. Here I used the US Navy logo logo. The pin measures from top to bottom 23/8" and is 1.25" wide. 2 posts on the back keep it in place.
